About this event

Iraqi Kurdistan, 1990. The brothers Zana and Dana are orphans living on the street. When Superman is shown at the local cinema, they climb onto a roof to catch a glimpse of the greatest hero of all time, and from then on America becomes the city of their dreams. Eventually they set off on the back of a donkey with a map, some bread and water. An adventure film that opens up another world while speaking to feelings any child recognises.
