About this event
Chef Ali will teach Kurdish dishes including bamya, kibbeh, lahanа maza, jajik, brinj and patatay swrawkraw. Participants cook together in teams, hear cultural stories and tips, then share the meal; recipes are sent afterward. Five of the six listed dishes are meat-free, and allergens include mustard, gluten, milk and tree nuts. Ages 14+; ticket price starts at £54.
