About this event
Mem Ararat is one of the most popular Kurdish singer-songwriters of his generation. Born in 1981 in Derik, Mardin, he broke through with the album Quling Ewr Û Baran and reached a wide audience with Kurdîka, Xewna Bajarekî, Niştiman, Pesna Evînê and Nefel. He writes in Kurmancî and fills large halls across Turkey and the European diaspora.
