Alfiya, a young woman in 1960s Central Asia, trains as a midwife and jumps with a parachute, when her granddaughter Polina calls her out of nowhere from 2022. Against the invasion of Ukraine, Polina works to restore her own identity and break a generational trauma. Selected for La Cinef at Cannes. Directed by Polina Piddubna. Ukraine.
