About this event

Şivan Perwer marks fifty years on stage. For five decades he has stood for the survival of Kurdish music and for freedom, human rights and reconciliation, and he is probably the best known Kurdish artist in the world. The Heidelberg date is billed both as the anniversary concert and as a benefit for Rojava.
