About this event

An inspiring 61-minute documentary about Ismaîl Mamo, a young filmmaker from Kobanî, Syria, who returns to Syria after studying acting at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem and brings cinema to remote villages that have long been without it. The film follows the challenges faced by Ismaîl and his team. After the screening, the founder of The Traveling Cinema, Ismaîl Mamo, will attend a Q&A. The film has English subtitles.
